1.1 - Register an Account
All that is required to register an account in an email address and a password. The password must contain at least one symbol, capital letter and number.
Once you have entered your details, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Your account will not be active until you click on the confirmation link. It may take as long as 24 hours for the email to come through, but it is usually received within 5 minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please go to the Login page and click the 'Resend email confirmation' link, re-enter your email address and click the 'Resend' Button.
Alternatively, if you still don't receive the email, please contact your company administrator, who will be able to confirm your account on your behalf when they add you as a user to the Company. This administative process is described further in section 6.1.2 - Creating and Editing a User.
1.2 - Logging In
Once your account has been confirmed, you will be able to log in with your username and password.
Once you have successfully logged in and your company administrator has granted you the appropriate permissions and node access, you should see your email address in the top right corner and be able to view your node data on either the charts or reports page. You may not be able to see anything on the Dashboard page yet, as you will need to build a Dashboard first, assuming your administrator has given you access to do so. If you are unable to view node data, please get in touch with your Company administrator to gain the appropriate level of access.
If you are unable to log into your account or have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Forgot your password?' link, enter your email address and click on the 'Submit' button. A new password will then be sent to your email address.
